The data you give us through the contact form, by email or by phone (name, email address, phone number, town or city and the content of your enquiry) and, if you accept them, browsing data collected through analytics cookies.

  • To answer your enquiries and requests for information, including from shops interested in becoming stockists: your consent when you send us the form.
  • To manage our business relationship with customers and stockists: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
  • To comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
  • To produce anonymous website usage statistics with Google Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie policy.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry or maintain our business relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to deal with any possible liabilities. After that, it is deleted.

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Service providers working for us (web hosting, email, advisers) may access it, under the data processing agreements required by the GDPR.
